While we are a full-service design-to-build team, we also have a wide range of design-only options available to suit your needs. Whether you need help choosing an aesthetic, color scheme, floor plan layout, or you need suggestions for furniture and decor, we can provide a range of visuals and guidance to ensure that your space functions best for your home and lifestyle.
Our design process begins with a questionnaire to help us determine the scope of your project and your goals.
1 Hour In-Person Design Consultation
Not every design project requires an in-person consultation as some items can be provided completely virtually, but sometimes it is helpful for the client to communicate and visualize better in the space. At an in-person design consultation, we will walk through the space to discuss aesthetic concepts, functional goals, floor plan layout, and collect any necessary photos and measurements.
Floor Plan Layouts
Floor plans are available to provide basic aerial visuals with layout suggestions to make your space function best.
Conceptual Images with Links
This service comes with an image of the envisioned space with actual furniture and decor selections and a full product list within your provided budget. Schedule an in-person consultation first, or provide measurements and photos of the existing space along with style goals and any inspirational images.
3D Renderings
For larger remodel projects, a photo realistic rendering and virtual tour can be created to assist in visualization of the space upon completion.
Staging and Sourcing
When you just need a little help seeing a project through to the end, staging and sourcing is available for finishing touches like window treatments, rugs, decorative pieces, styling built-in shelves, and more. A full product list will be provided if full service install/set-up is not required.
Full Service Installation and Set-Up
If you want to completely hand the reins of your project over to be handled from start to finish so you don't have to worry about shopping and placing items or fussing with any furniture assembly, you'll love the full service installation and set-up. This service includes an in-person consultation, conceptual images, sourcing, shopping, any necessary furniture assembly, and complete set-up on site.
Additional Design Consultations and Project Management
Additional design consultations and project management are available by the hour or a flat inclusive rate depending on project specifications.
